Burak Özçivit, the actor who played the role of Osman Bey in the popular Turkish series Kuruluş: Osman, has recently announced that he has quit the show. He was involved in the series right from the start and featured in all six seasons.
He has left the project following numerous claims that there was a case related to the payment issue for the upcoming season. It is believed that he demanded a higher amount, which the creators did not agree to.
Then, later on, Burak also posted a goodbye message on social media to his followers, showing his gratitude for all their love and support throughout the years.
The creators of the show have decided to give it a way forward without him. The new story arc for season seven is expected to cover the later life of Osman Bey when he was older, with a possible bend towards his son, Orhan Bey. The season will be opened with a new actor playing the main role.
